She completed a four-year masters program in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the prestigious Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin Austin (www.aoma.edu) where she studied directly under respected masters and MDs from China. The rigorous program of 2880 in-school hours included western medical courses and internal martial arts in addition to the Traditional Chinese Medicine studies of TCM theory, Acupuncture Techniques, Nutrition, Herbology, Oriental Bodywork, and over 1000 clinic hours. Before graduating Lea embraced additional pediatric and facial rejuvenation courses and seminars. Lea passed three national boards, in Clean Needle Technique, Acupuncture and Oriental Herbal Medicine, earning her the privilege of becoming an NCCAOM diplomate in Oriental Medicine. She continues to be a diplomate in good standing through her ongoing dedication and studies.
Lea's post-graduate training includes Facial Rejuvenation and needle-free pain relief techniques. Lea has personally studied with internationally renowned acupuncturists/teachers Susan Johnson and Dr. Richard Tan ("Balance Method") both teaching methods based in Master Tung's acupuncture theories. She also studied with Dr. Kaufman in his amazing no-needle Pain Neutralization Techniques (PNT), which is being excitedly touted as "revolutionizing pain treatment" by MD's, physical therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists alike.
Lea is a certified consulting hypnotist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. She has trained with nationally renowned hypnotist Mary Elizabeth Raines and with the NGH vice president Don Mottin. She is certified as a specialist in Hypnosis Mastery Technique, Past Life/Regression, Weight Loss, Help for the Caregiver, incorporating NLP and Ericksonian theories. Lea is a certified Stress Reduction Facilitator offering the "Stress-Less" group workshops.
She is experienced in energy therapies of Reiki, QiGong,
and Hawaiian Ho’oponopono, having studied and practiced
Sheng Zheng forms (favorite being Kuan Yin QiGong) with
Master Li Jun Feng, famous coach of China’s national martial arts
team and Jet Li’s teacher.
While living in Hawaii and working in resort spas and medical offices as well as serving as instructor and dean with the Hawaii College of Oriental Medicine, Lea naturally learned Hawaiian massage and energetics with Lomi Lomi and Ho’oponopono, which she integrates into her multi-modal healing sessions. Lea also shares the mobility recovery and body balance techniques she learned along the years with medical and PT clinics. Her massage techniques include Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Touch for Health, Zen Shiatsu, Acupressure, PNT and Tuina (Chinese medical massage).
As a former teacher (grades 1-8 and MS-HS math), Lea enjoys an easy rapport with school-age children, using humor and encouragement to build an easy relationship with her pediatric clients. She has a strong interest in helping with childhood anxiety issues, ADHD, and other pediatric health conditions. Childhood is the root from which adult health and habits are formed.
Lea Siebert is an acupuncturist who routinely utilizes herbs, hypnosis, varied massage/bodywork techniques, energywork, and hormonal balancing to address the stressors that are everywhere around us. As
a Reiki practitioner since the early 90's and Master since 2003, Massage Therapist since 1998, Acupuncturist since 2004 and Hypnotherapist since 2013 has helped people for over two decades with an array of medical and mind-body-spirit issues. She first certified as a massage therapist and was introduced to Acupuncture meridian/point theory and Kinesiology-muscle testing in a series of Touch for Health courses. Between witnessing the TFH acupressure and muscle-testing techniques giving clients quick relief and her own quick and peace-inducing response to her first acupuncture treatments (relieved by how very different the extraordinarily tiny pins were from the hypodermic sensation imagined when hearing "needles"), Lea dove into furthering her studies and skills. Through the years she has continued her studies and expansion as a healer. It is her belief that a truly effective healer is always learning, always striving to be ever more effective.

Aloha! I'm Lea Siebert, Hawaii- and Arizona-licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist, nationally certified consulting hypnotist, Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (certified in Chinese Medicine Theory, Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine) and a Reiki Master. I am uniquely qualified and the first to bring HypnoPuncture to the Big Island and now to Sedona in Arizona, combining the wisdom of these ancient healing practices for a uniquely profound synergetic approach to help you more quickly enjoy the abundance of health and life you envision.
I have personally experienced injuries, health, family loss and emotional-spiritual challenges as part of life's roller coaster that have given me a deep compassion and openness for each person I meet. Acupuncture, Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Massage have each, and together, wrought wonderful help in getting through challenges and with both preventative and proactive well-being. Your challenge(s) won't be identical to mine as we are all individuals with different histories, but I learned long ago to look for connections and patterns where others may see separate issues, to see shades of gray where others may see black-or-white, to understand that we each and all are doing the best we can in any given moment with the knowledge we have in that moment within the influence of the subconscious or emotional state related to that moment.
When you are in my office, I will be 100% focused on empowering and helping you to solve life/health puzzles to achieve your goals.
If you're looking to experience the sage wisdom of Oriental Medicine, the power of the subconscious or to explore the influence of past-lives, you've come to the right place. If you're looking to naturally enhance your health and take care of your body, you've come to the right place. You have the choice of several therapies and modalities, individually or in synergetic combination, to help you achieve your goals.
As a NCCAOM-certified professional, NGH certified consulting hypnotist, massage therapist and Reiki master, I can offer you a truly holistic approach to help you transform your vitality and your life for the better. I can help you look and feel your best. I can help you define and overcome obstacles and challenges of the past, to focus with calm confidence on building and drawing upon your own innate inner strength and wisdom.
Don't just survive. Thrive - in mind, spirit, and body and in sports, school and career. Hypnotherapy and Hypno-Acupuncture can help you thrive while you enjoy yourself along the way.
